	About Us Welcome to St Jacobs Horse Drawn Tours, where people of all ages can enjoy a wide variety of country adventures. Our friendly, professional staff has been providing fun for the family for the past 13 years. We have the opportunity of sharing our love for horses and educational experiences with people from around the world. St Jacobs Horse Drawn Tours offer a variety of tours and services for every occasion. Our most popular tour we provide is our Mennonite Farm Tour. Our guides have a vast knowledge of the Mennonite heritage and the St Jacobs area. This tour runs from April till October and is enjoyed by all ages. It is a great way to learn more about the Mennonite people and their heritage. The Maple Sugar Bush Tour is also well attended and provides a fun loving and interactive experience for the whole family. Join us for this tour, from the beginning of March till mid April. Horse drawn sleigh rides are a great way to beat the winter blues. Gliding through the woodlot and open fields to the sound of bells, will be a time to remember. Whenever the snow is falling the rides begin. The month of December is also a busy time for our horses as they head to the nearby cities to spread the holiday cheer. Let us help make your special occasions more memorable by inviting us to join you. We would be thrilled to attend birth day parties, anniversaries, weddings and family get-togethers. Our wagons and sleighs are pulled by various breeds of draft horses. The main breeds used are the Belgian and Percheron Draft horses. They pull in teams of two with some of the horses weighing over two thousand pounds each. For our activities a variety of wagons are used including; 19—San Francisco style trolleys, open wagons and sleighs.
